Fall is back – and as if there isn’t already enough to be excited about between football and the beautiful changing colors, our fall seasonal menu is back too!

Feels Like Fall perfectly encapsulates the season in a bottle. Comprised of apples, oranges, lemon, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove, Feels like Fall has a sweet spiced aroma and a taste that is unmistakably autumn. Of course, in addition to being tasty, these ingredients come packed with antioxidant and antibacterial properties, vitamin C, magensium, calcium, fiber, and potassium, are beneficial for blood sugar regulation, and digestive aid. A new addition to our menu last year, Feels Like Fall quickly became a fan favorite and we’re excited to have it back in our coolers again.

Golden Mylk has a comforting combination of sweet and spiced flavors; provided by a blend of cashew milk, turmeric, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, vanilla bean, and ginger. This concoction has been used for centuries as a “cure-all”, with an abundance of health benefits associated with it; some of which include reducing inflammation, preventing cell damage, supporting brain function, boosting the immune system, and improving bone health. This mylk is awesome served warm, making for the perfect way to warm up as the weather outside begins to get cold.

It wouldn’t be a fall without pumpkin, and don’t worry, our fall menu delivers.
Oat milk is a non-dairy alternative that has steadily gained popularity over the last couple of years (and if you aren’t familiar with it yet, don’t worry! We have a blog post all about it here). Our Pumpkin Oat Milk has a sweet, spiced flavor that perfectly compliments every autumn afternoon. But it isn’t just tasty – pumpkin is considered a “powerhouse” food that is loaded with nutrients like vitamin C, riboflavin, niacin, and folate, all of which contribute to disease prevention. The abundance of vitamin C present means pumpkin is also great for supporting skin health! This oat milk is great on it’s own, and also makes for a delicious creamer replacement in coffee!

Behind the bar, we have a couple of pumpkin seasonal specialties to make you as well. The Pumpkin Spice smoothie (pumpkin, banana, oats, maple syrup, pumpkin spice seasoning, almond milk) and the Pumpkin Spice cold brew (cold brew, coconut creamer, pumpkin, pumpkin spice seasoning, maple syrup) are delicious ways to satisfy that pumpkin craving that comes with fall.

The combination of peaches and spices are perfect for a fall lunch – and the Peach Chai smoothie (peach, mango, chai, vanilla protein, almond milk) & Peach Cobbler smoothie bowl (peach, banana, mango, maple syrup, cinnamon; topped with granola, graham cracker, peach, banana, candied pecans, cinnamon) deliver just that. They also come with the associated health benefits of peaches, which include fighting inflammation, reducing disease risk, and aiding vitamin A production.
